Product Owner, D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) at Nutrafol, reporting to the CTO. You will act as the D365 F&O subject matter expert (SME) on an ERP transformation journey from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O for Phase 1 go-live.
Key responsibilities
- Own the D365 product strategy: define and maintain the D365 roadmap aligned to Nutrafol’s operational and financial objectives and Unilever’s platform strategy.
- Lead the QuickBooks → D365 migration end-to-end: requirements gathering, system design, testing, training, and post-deployment support.
- Translate stakeholder needs into D365 solutions by partnering with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) and configuring D365 to meet requirements.

- Drive adoption and business continuity post–go-live; support ongoing BAU operations.
- Guide SC/Ops and Finance functional adoption: be the go-to expert during design, change management, and adoption.
- Continuous improvement: identify, prioritize, and deliver feature enhancements that optimize D365 and related business processes.
- Oversee change management: create and deliver communications, training, and documentation to ensure organization-wide adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in a Business Analyst / Technical Product role with strong understanding of end-to-end business operational and financial processes (ideally in CPG).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leveraging or aligning with other D365 implementations within Unilever’s Health & Wellbeing group (best-practice reuse).
