Role overview
Product Owner (CX) role within Jobgether on behalf of a partner company, joining a remote-first, international Customer Experience team focused on improving social discovery experiences worldwide. The position is responsible for driving customer experience growth by turning data-backed hypotheses into production and optimizing outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities and product bottlenecks using data analysis, user research, and product insight
- Define and validate product hypotheses, including success metrics
- Lead execution by collaborating with engineers, designers, and analysts to ship improvements quickly
- Own delivery lifecycle: requirements, prioritization, and project timelines
- Analyze experiment results and key product metrics to iterate, optimize, and scale successful solutions
Requirements
- Strong ability to understand complex product metrics and identify actionable growth opportunities
- Experience with structured hypothesis creation and rigorous experimentation (including defining success criteria)
- Comfort with qualitative and quantitative product research methodologies
- Proven cross-functional collaboration to drive delivery with design, analytics, and engineering teams
- Proactive execution mindset from idea to production in a fast-paced environment
