Role Overview

Corpay is seeking a Product Owner to drive outcome-focused delivery within a Scrum team in the Corporate Payments division. You will translate business goals and customer needs into actionable backlog work that delivers measurable value.

Responsibilities

Own product intent and backlog priorities
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable backlog items
- Ensure each item ties to a defined outcome and measurable value
- Maintain a well-prioritized, continuously refined backlog
Drive delivery and decisions
- Serve as the final decision maker on scope, priorities, and trade-offs
- Balance short-term delivery with longer-term product outcomes
- Ensure delivered work meets intended business and customer outcomes
Lead team alignment
- Align the team on priorities, scope, and expected outcomes
- Provide clarity and accountability across the delivery lifecycle
Leverage modern tools and practices
- Use AI to improve story clarity, acceptance criteria, and delivery efficiency
- Partner with engineering to structure work for effective execution and validation through AI code generation
Partner across stakeholders
- Align priorities across Product, Engineering, and Business partners
- Manage expectations and trade-offs to maximize delivered value
Ensure quality and outcomes
- Validate readiness for release with Engineering
- Track progress against defined success measures and adjust as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Management, or similar role
Proven ability to translate business needs into structured backlog items
Experience with AP Automation, Commercial Card, Expense Management, and API integrations
