About the role

Product Owner (Asset Integrity Software)

Drive the product vision and roadmap for Cenosco’s asset integrity management software (SaaS), partnering with stakeholders and engineering to deliver maximum customer value.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap: plan releases, set expectations, and prioritize the backlog
Define product requirements and translate customer needs into continuous product improvements
Collaborate daily with engineers to provide direction and ensure smooth development
Manage stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functionally with customer support, marketing, and leadership
Inspect deliverables to ensure features and functionality meet quality expectations
Lead product process improvement: establish PO best practices, create processes/procedures, and drive change across the organization
Share knowledge on SaaS product management best practices and industry trends

Requirements

5+ years experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in IT SaaS
Proven ability to lead processes in Agile environments
Strong skills in writing and evaluating structured product requirements and plans
Excellent communication, creativity, and strong work ethics
Hands-on experience with PO tools such as Productboard, Azure DevOps, Productboard, YouTrack (or similar)

Nice to have

Oil & Gas domain knowledge
Product Owner certification
Experience working with internationally distributed products
