About the role
Role Overview
Brooksource is seeking four Product Owners for a fully remote 3–6 month contract (with potential to extend) to support a Fortune 100 financial services partner. You’ll work within key technology product teams and business units delivering Salesforce-enabled platforms, AI-assisted agent tools, enterprise API and security modernizations, and SmartAuction/auto-underwriting workflows.
Responsibilities
- Shape AI-assisted experiences for agent workflows in Salesforce, including:
- summaries
- routing
- recommendations
- next-best-action
- Partner with Data Science & Engineering on:
- model selection
- prompting
- guardrails
- telemetry
- success metrics
- Drive change and adoption by acting as a change agent:
- enablement and training
- building feedback loops to improve model utility
- Product ownership execution:
- requirements refinement
- backlog management
- acceptance criteria
- roadmap planning
Requirements
- Strong Product Ownership fundamentals (requirements refinement, backlog management, acceptance criteria, roadmap planning)
- Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce-enabled workflows (no hands-on configuration required)
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, cloud-based systems, and enterprise integrations
- Comfort working in regulated environments (financial services, insurance, healthcare)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Haves / Preferred
- Experience with LLMs or ML-powered features
- Understanding of AI risk, including bias, privacy, and explainability
