Product Owner

Role Overview

Bridgenext is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in PropTech or real estate management solutions. You’ll bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver product features and technology enhancements that provide measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned to business goals and user needs
• Translate business requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog balancing resident experience, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, data, and operations to deliver high-quality features on time
• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and progress

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years as a Product Owner in PropTech or real estate management
• Deep understanding of property management workflows (e.g., maintenance requests, financial management, resident portals, community engagement)
• Proven delivery of web and mobile products at scale using Agile/Scrum
• Strong requirements gathering, backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
• Experience working with distributed development teams
• Understanding of cloud platforms: Azure and AWS
• Familiarity with Jira and Azure DevOps
• Exposure to security and privacy compliance for large-scale resident data

Work Setup

• Full-time remote supporting US-based clients, typically Eastern or Central Timezones
