Product Owner

Role Overview

Join Amplify as a Technical Product Owner to mature and optimize the company’s use of Salesforce and Gainsight. You will own the Gainsight product roadmap, lead enterprise technology initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve organizational capabilities and business operations.

Key Missions

• Optimize Salesforce and Gainsight usage to improve business operations and organizational capabilities.
• Lead the Gainsight product roadmap, evolving the platform toward a predictive maturity model with:
  • Automated journeys
  • Churn risk forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to operate effectively across business units in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Customer Success platforms (preferably Gainsight).
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with digital product licensing and entitlement processes.
• Experience with Customer Success operations, including product adoption, risk management, and renewal/retention tracking.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in K-12 education (public or private).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, and Gainsight Administrator certifications.
