Product Owner

Altak Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong track record of shaping product vision and executing strategy with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to business goals.
• Gather, prioritize, and clarify requirements with stakeholders; ensure feasibility.
• Translate business needs into execution assets (user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications).
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and continuously improve the product.
• Drive alignment across teams, managing expectations, dependencies, and delivery risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role.
• Proven experience using Agile/Scrum.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar).
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment or onsite in the DMV region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare domain experience.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and working closely with design teams.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
