Role Overview

Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery (Remote)

Manage and support customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects, as well as internal initiatives that produce reusable supporting assets and solutions. You’ll act as a strategic “thought leader” with strong stakeholder presence, while also diving into project details to ensure delivery success.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes for targeted Agentforce delivery projects, shaping the overall solution while coordinating with a project manager for day-to-day execution and customer relationships.
• Guide customers and the NeuraFlash/Accenture team in defining use cases and business outcomes.
• Lead the transition from sales to project delivery, including:
  • Reviewing SOWs and any partner-funded PO(s)
  • Defining roles and responsibilities for kickoff
  • Facilitating kickoff and client onboarding
• Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to keep delivery on track.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client point of contact for operational aspects and customer relationship management.
• Facilitate (or co-lead) regular status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Manage the delivery team members involved in solution delivery.
• Present documented, measured readouts of outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout.
• Participate in and drive internal Agentforce Division initiatives, building reusable assets and solutions to improve innovation and efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related business solution implementations on Salesforce and/or AWS across all project delivery phases.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
