Product Owner - $43.27 - $52.88 per hour

Role Overview

Product Owner for a high-performing Professional Services team delivering impactful, scalable software solutions. You will translate client business needs into clear, actionable deliverables and partner closely with engineering to maximize delivery efficiency and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex customer requirements into actionable product features aligned to business goals
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; ensure work is well-defined, scoped, and ready for development
• Drive backlog refinement and support sprint execution (planning, refinement, retrospectives, standups)
• Define clear acceptance criteria to ensure client expectations and technical standards are met
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to maintain delivery momentum
• Serve as the primary liaison across client stakeholders, Professional Services, Project Management, and Engineering
• Facilitate alignment between business and technical teams
• Manage smaller client engagements end-to-end when needed
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams, including engineering resources in India (~15% of the time)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Agile product ownership (backlog management, user story refinement, acceptance criteria)
• Experience delivering projects or product features end-to-end with on-time delivery
• Direct experience working with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver value
• Comfortable working with engineering teams and technical concepts (APIs, integrations, system workflows)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Project Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex requirements into plans
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 per year (also listed as $43.27–$52.88 per hour)
