About the role
Product Operations Manager (Full Remote)
Role overview
Own the end-to-end loop of capturing customer feedback, transforming it into structured insights, and enabling engineering and product teams to ship improvements quickly. You’ll build AI-powered workflows and collaborate with Product Management to prioritize customer-facing work based on evidence and impact.
Key missions
- Capture and structure customer feedback from multiple sources, ensuring it is prioritized and actionable for engineering teams.
- Build and tune AI-powered pipelines to enrich, tag, cluster, and summarize unstructured feedback into trackable work.
- Partner with Product Management to rank work by customer impact, bringing evidence and insights into the prioritization process.
Requirements / profile
- Passion for philanthropy and technology.
- Strong curiosity and relationship-building; provides and welcomes candid feedback.
- Ability to create structure from ambiguity and ship a v1 quickly (weeks, not quarters).
- Writes well and can translate messy customer stories into engineer-ready work without losing context.
- Technically credible in debugging and automation (e.g., understanding logs, writing automation rather than only configuring tools).
- Treats the feedback loop as a product with users and metrics, continuously improving it.
- Ownership mindset: identifies what needs to happen and drives execution.
- Comfortable working across functions (trusted by CX, G2M, and Engineering).
- Experience building AI-enabled workflows, including writing/testing prompts and shipping usable outputs.
Nice to have
- Fundraising technology experience, nonprofit CRM experience, or nonprofit-sector domain knowledge.
- Feedback tooling experience; familiarity with Linear.
- Program management / systems background and operational instincts.
- Real customer empathy and willingness to dig into details.
- Built prompt/agent workflows; informed opinions on what agents vs. humans should own.
Experience
- 5+ years working at the intersection of customers, product, and technology.
