About the role
Product Operations Manager
Join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space as a Product Operations Manager. You will lead operational priorities around execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes, partnering with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product VP+ operating reviews, including execution check-ins and portfolio prioritization discussions
- Build and monitor key metrics, using customer feedback to generate actionable insights
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to identify growth opportunities and execute high-priority initiatives
- Launch and scale new product revenue streams to strengthen company offerings
- Create and maintain operational artifacts such as roadmaps and executive-level dashboards
- Champion and integrate the company’s cultural principles across teams and the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, or a chief of staff-type role in a high-growth organization
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders (including C-suite and Product/Engineering VPs)
- Proven business acumen, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience structuring analysis to derive insights
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to implement large, cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments as a self-starter

- Experience executing operational improvements tied to measurable customer and organizational outcomes

Compensation & Benefits
- $106,802 – $179,500 annually
