About the role

Role overview

As a Product Marketing Manager at Synera (AI Agent Platform for Engineering), you will connect deep product understanding with market-facing communication. You’ll own product messaging end-to-end and create narratives and content that resonate with engineering buyers and engineers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product marketing strategies that communicate the value of Synera’s AI Agent Platform to engineering buyers and engineers.
Create compelling content, narratives, and reusable assets that showcase real use cases.
Demonstrate how Synera integrates with existing tool stacks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with market needs.

Requirements

5–8+ years in B2B product marketing, technical marketing, or solutions marketing.
Strong domain fit ideally in engineering software, simulation/CAx, PLM, or enterprise SaaS.
High ownership mindset with comfort working through ambiguity.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; able to translate complex technical workflows for technical and executive audiences.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
AI-first: excited to build AI-supported content workflows from scratch.
Background in engineering, simulation, or CAD software; understands how engineers work.
Fluent English; German strongly preferred (French is a plus).

Experience with internal process building in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
