About the role
Role Overview
As a Product Marketing Manager at Swoogo, you’ll translate product capabilities into compelling customer narratives and drive product-led growth through consistent market messaging.
Key Missions
- Translate product capabilities into customer value propositions that drive sign-ups, activations, and expansions.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering, Sales, Enablement, and CX to ensure consistent messaging in the market.
- Own product launches end-to-end in partnership with Product & Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and CX.
- Create sales enablement resources and support GTM motions to drive adoption post-launch.
- Conduct market research and use insights to guide messaging and strategy.
- Optimize onboarding flows (including PLG-style motions like trials/freemium/product tours) to improve time-to-value.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with hands-on involvement in Product-Led Growth (PLG).
- Strong storytelling skills to distill technical concepts into crisp messaging.
- Experience creating sales enablement content for teams to win.
- Familiarity with marketing/sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Highspot (or equivalents).
- Experience designing/optimizing onboarding flows, freemium trials, or product tours.
- Demonstrated comfort using market research, win/loss analysis, and data to guide decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to adapt messaging by audience and channel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience supporting multi-product organizations.
- Familiarity with event technology or martech.
- Experience with in-app engagement/messaging platforms such as Appcues, Pendo, WalkMe (or similar).
- Familiarity with analyst relations and influencing category leadership.
- Experience supporting industry events.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Notion.
