Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager at Spacelift, you will own product launch planning and drive go-to-market messaging for new features and updates. You’ll combine market research, technical storytelling, and cross-functional execution to improve product adoption.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute product launch plans for new feature releases and updates to ensure successful go-to-market.
• Create messaging and positioning, including value propositions informed by market research and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales to build enablement materials such as:
  • Sales decks
  • Sales plays
  • One-pagers
  • Training sessions
• Optimize website content to improve engagement and conversion.
• Support business growth and AWS partnership initiatives through effective marketing and positioning.

Profile / Requirements

• Strong technical background, preferably with experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Experience working closely with sales, product management, and content teams.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including translating technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive adoption and engagement.
• Proven track record managing go-to-market strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management skills; ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Content creation experience, with a portfolio including videos, blogs, white papers, or technical content.
• Experience with competitive analysis and product positioning.
• Experience with video production.
