Product Marketing Manager (Prediction Markets)

Role Overview

Coinbase is hiring a Product Marketing Manager for its Prediction Markets team. You will drive awareness and adoption of prediction markets by developing growth strategies, leading go-to-market initiatives, and measuring marketing performance.

Key Missions

• Voice of the customer: Immerse yourself in the prediction markets ecosystem to understand user segments.
• Growth strategy & campaigns: Develop growth strategies and tactics for major announcements and events across multiple channels.
• Go-to-market execution: Lead product and feature launch strategy from planning through execution.
• Customer insights & collaboration: Create customer insights and work cross-functionally to inform decisions.
• Measurement & data use: Use data to guide marketing decisions and evaluate performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in trading, crypto, or FinTech.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams to deliver go-to-market execution.
• Track record of customer segmentation and insights.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills (separating signal from noise) to make data-guided decisions.
• Demonstrated experience ideating and implementing growth strategies on products.
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
