Product Marketing Manager — Omnidoc

Role overview

Own product positioning and go-to-market strategy for Omnidoc’s solutions. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, CSM, and Marketing to turn customer and market insights into product decisions, launch execution, and enablement materials.

Key missions

  • Voice of the market: Bring customer insights to inform product decisions, priorities, and roadmap direction.
  • Launch planning & execution: Define, design, and deliver launch plans and product communication materials.
  • Activation & adoption: Support activation, onboarding, and product adoption to maximize engagement, retention, and recurring usage.
  • Market & competitive understanding: Build deep understanding of customers, market dynamics, and competitors.
  • Enablement for Sales & CSM: Equip Sales and CSM with practical tools and messaging to drive usage and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing (ideally B2B SaaS, healthcare, or tech)
  • Strong experience with go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales enablement
  • Strong ownership, proactive initiative-taking, and ability to challenge the status quo
  • Strategic + hands-on mindset to connect vision to execution
  • Ability to simplify complex products into clear, value-driven messages
  • Comfortable cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing, CSM)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare-related B2B SaaS or similar domains
