About the role
Role: Product Marketing Manager
Help Givelify’s rapidly growing giving community understand and adopt its products by owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for key customer segments.
Responsibilities
- Shape positioning and messaging and define go-to-market strategies for products and customer segments.
- Use customer/market research, competitive intelligence, and company data to build product narratives, launch strategies, and enablement/marketing materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Customer Success & Experiences, Data Science & Insights, Creative, and Strategic Partnerships to drive strong launches, adoption, and growth.
- Develop launch campaigns and channel plans; base them on audience insights, market learnings, company goals, and past performance.
- Create, maintain, and update product marketing assets (e.g., positioning/messaging strategies, audience insights, competitive snapshots, launch initiative strategies).
- Lead audience validation to improve resonance and effectiveness.

- NPS
- Percentage of consistent givers
Requirements (Non-negotiable)
- 3+ years of relevant and demonstrable product marketing experience.
- 5+ years total experience in marketing and/or strategy.
- MBA or MS in marketing or business.
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consumer Technology, and/or a 2-sided Marketplace and/or B2B Tech.
