Join Freshpaint, a fast-growing startup in the digital marketing space. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for enabling our Go-To-Market teams, creating impactful assets, and conducting market research. Key missions: Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored strategies.. Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement plan that addresses the unique requirements of healthcare marketers.. Create high-impact enablement materials, including persona profiles, competitive battle cards, playbooks, and more. Profile: - Deep Empathy: Demonstrate deep empathy for stakeholders, including internal GTM teams and Freshpaint’s customers - Enablement Focus: Track record of creating and implementing enablement strategies that drive measurable results - Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise materials - Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and the digital ecosystem - Results-oriented: Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and the ability to adapt quickly based on feedback - Proven Experience: 3+ years in product marketing or enablement roles, with demonstrated success in a high-growth, early-stage SaaS startup - Resourceful & Collaborative: Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to deliver impactful solutions - You’ve been an early employee at a similarly early-stage startup and understand the unique challenges and opportunities of scaling from the ground up - Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, CCPA, and/or GDPR - You thrive in ambiguity and excel at creating structure where none exists, ensuring progress even when things are undefined - Experience with HIPAA-compliant marketing
