Product Marketing Intern (German Speaking)

Role Overview

Product Marketing Intern (German Speaking) at Leapsome. This is a 6-month internship starting around June or July 2026. You’ll help bring Leapsome’s product marketing story to life for the German market and beyond.

Key Missions

• Build and adapt core product marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and web copy
• Translate and localize content for the German market with culturally relevant messaging
• Support go-to-market (GTM) enablement by:
  • Preparing training sessions
  • Maintaining process documentation
  • Organizing the enablement library
• Partner with multiple teams to gather:
  • Product context
  • Customer proof
  • Competitive insight
• Own focused projects end-to-end

Requirements

• Based in Berlin and able to come to the office 2–3 days per week
• Detail-oriented and brand-aware; strong sense of voice and tone and willingness to push back on copy that doesn’t land
• AI-native: comfortable experimenting with tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, plus image/copy tools to scale production while preserving brand quality
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills demonstrated by at least one piece of evidence (e.g., prior marketing/content work, student org, side project, writing sample, or marketing course)
• Naturally curious about B2B SaaS and HR tech (deep domain knowledge not required)
• Native-level German and professional English (written and spoken)
  • Can write German copy that reads natively, not translated
• Organized, structured, self-driven approach; can turn fuzzy briefs into shipped assets and keep process docs up to date
• Currently studying or recently finished studies; available for the 6-month internship starting June/July 2026

• Prior coursework or projects related to marketing, communications, media, business, linguistics, or psychology/HR-related topics
