Product Marketing Engineer

Role Overview

Product Marketing Engineer at Juniper Square (Full remote). You will design and run an AI-native system that produces high-quality product marketing materials on demand, while owning the knowledge base, production workflows, and editorial quality.

Key Missions

• Design and operate an AI-native system that generates:
  • messaging and positioning
  • battlecards
  • decks
  • one-pagers
  • sales/enablement materials
• Build and own the PMM knowledge harness (structured knowledge base that grounds agent outputs).
• Define, track, and use performance metrics to measure and improve system output quality and effectiveness.

Profile / Requirements

• Partnership mindset: Build trust and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product; encourage org-wide contributions to the knowledge base.
• Operational rigor: Comfortable building and maintaining systems; can diagnose workflow breakdowns and fix them independently.
• Comfort with ambiguity: No clean precedent—find it energizing to create a new role and playbook.
• B2B product marketing foundation: Several years of B2B marketing experience and ability to systematize cross-functional PMM work.
• AI fluency (practical): Have built workflows using LLMs, agents, or AI automation tools in real marketing contexts; know where AI helps vs. where human judgment is essential.
• Editorial judgment: Ensure outputs match how sophisticated buyers think; maintain a high standard for messaging quality.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in financial services/fintech or complex enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with fund operations, investor relations, or private markets workflows (not required to be an accountant).
