Product Marketing Director (Velocity)

Role Overview

Director of Velocity Product Marketing at Veeam (full remote). You will lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Veeam’s SMB and Mid-Market business, translating product innovation into scalable marketing programs and measurable pipeline performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM strategy for SMB and Mid-Market: positioning, messaging, and overall GTM approach
• Translate product innovation into scalable GTM programs that help customers quickly understand Veeam’s solutions
• Own the product marketing strategy for SMB/Mid-Market, including:
  • Segmentation and personas
  • Positioning and messaging
  • Competitive strategy
  • GTM priorities and execution
  • Sales enablement support
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Channel, and Executive Leadership to drive business outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience building GTM strategy for SMB, Commercial, or Mid-Market technology businesses
• Strong executive communication and strategic/analytical skills linking marketing strategy to business results
• Expertise in positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, and sales enablement
• 10+ years of B2B product marketing / GTM / solutions marketing experience, including several years leading product marketing teams
• Demonstrated ability partnering with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Channel, and Executive Leadership

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in data protection, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise software
