Role Overview

Senior ServiceNow Product Manager (Corp-Corp)

Location: Remote (Anywhere in USA)

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder management: Engage business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to understand needs and translate them into ServiceNow requirements.
  • Strategic alignment: Ensure ServiceNow solutions align to business objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Change management: Lead organizational change initiatives for ServiceNow adoption and enhancements.
  • Communication: Clearly bridge technical and business teams through strong written and verbal communication.

ServiceNow Product / Platform Scope

  • IT Service Management (ITSM): Incident, problem, change, and request management.
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM): Asset lifecycle, compliance, and cost optimization.
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM): Service mapping, event management, and operational intelligence.
  • Integrated/Third Party Risk Management (IRM/TPRM): Risk assessments, policy management, and compliance automation.
  • Employee Center: Configure and optimize the portal for employee self-service, AI-driven search, targeted campaigns, and integrate IT/HR services.
  • Workflow automation: Identify and drive automation opportunities across modules.
  • Integrations: Understand ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and data flows.

Technical & Analytical Responsibilities

  • Data analysis: Use ServiceNow analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Requirements gathering: Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
  • Solution evaluation: Assess new ServiceNow features/releases for business impact.
  • Governance & compliance: Familiarity with GRC/IRM for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Security awareness: Understand ServiceNow security operations and data privacy best practices.

Delivery & Project Management

  • Coordinate ServiceNow projects using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent delivery of IT services via ServiceNow.

Requirements / Nice-to-Haves

  • ServiceNow product/module expertise, especially across ITSM/ITAM/ITOM and risk management.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (for relevant modules).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
