Role Overview
Senior ServiceNow Product Manager (Corp-Corp)
Location: Remote (Anywhere in USA)
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder management: Engage business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to understand needs and translate them into ServiceNow requirements.
- Strategic alignment: Ensure ServiceNow solutions align to business objectives and deliver measurable value.
- Change management: Lead organizational change initiatives for ServiceNow adoption and enhancements.
- Communication: Clearly bridge technical and business teams through strong written and verbal communication.
ServiceNow Product / Platform Scope
- IT Service Management (ITSM): Incident, problem, change, and request management.
- IT Asset Management (ITAM): Asset lifecycle, compliance, and cost optimization.
- IT Operations Management (ITOM): Service mapping, event management, and operational intelligence.
- Integrated/Third Party Risk Management (IRM/TPRM): Risk assessments, policy management, and compliance automation.
- Employee Center: Configure and optimize the portal for employee self-service, AI-driven search, targeted campaigns, and integrate IT/HR services.
- Workflow automation: Identify and drive automation opportunities across modules.
- Integrations: Understand ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and data flows.
Technical & Analytical Responsibilities
- Data analysis: Use ServiceNow analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Requirements gathering: Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
- Solution evaluation: Assess new ServiceNow features/releases for business impact.
- Governance & compliance: Familiarity with GRC/IRM for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
- Security awareness: Understand ServiceNow security operations and data privacy best practices.
Delivery & Project Management
- Coordinate ServiceNow projects using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent delivery of IT services via ServiceNow.
Requirements / Nice-to-Haves
- ServiceNow product/module expertise, especially across ITSM/ITAM/ITOM and risk management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (for relevant modules).
- ITIL Foundation certification.
