About the role
Role: Product Manager (WorkOS)
Own product areas end-to-end for WorkOS’s developer/enterprise platform.
What you’ll do
- Own specific product areas with full accountability for outcomes, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Talk to customers regularly and synthesize insights into clear, prioritized product direction
- Partner closely with engineering and design to move from concept to shipped product quickly
- Define and use success metrics to evaluate whether releases actually worked
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and GTM to bring new features/products to market
- Identify 0-to-1 opportunities (new product areas that don’t exist yet) and drive them from blank page to launch
- Make and defend hard prioritization decisions with limited information
- Contribute to broader product strategy and roadmap as the company scales
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- B2B SaaS experience, including familiarity with developer and/or enterprise buyer needs
- Deep domain knowledge in authentication, identity, authorization, and/or developer tooling, or a strong track record building developer-facing products
- Real 0-to-1 experience (started something from scratch)
- Customer obsession in practice (user conversations that clearly shape the product)
- Bias to action: move fast, decide without perfect information, and iterate
- Strong cross-functional collaboration (with design, engineering, marketing)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with pricing and packaging decisions
- Background with a PLG (product-led growth) motion or developer-first go-to-market
