About the role

Role Overview

Product Manager (Workforce Management) for Fourth’s HotSchedules Workforce Management platform. You will be an individual contributor responsible for delivering high-impact initiatives, turning operational customer pain points into scalable solutions, and owning a KPI-aligned product backlog.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the product vision and strategy into actionable roadmaps with the Director of Product.
  • Prioritize and manage a clear backlog aligned to business KPIs and maintain roadmap discipline across legacy and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer teams to deliver features on a predictable cadence.
  • Define success metrics at feature inception; track adoption, usage patterns, and KPI impact after launch.
  • Drive iteration based on measurable performance.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of Product Management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience shipping features tied to measurable operational or business KPIs.
  • Demonstrated backlog ownership within a defined product surface area.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Data teams.
  • Ability to work with legacy constraints while driving incremental modernization.
  • Strong analytical thinking and user-first problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with clear sprint discipline.
  • Experience integrating in integration-heavy environments.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with forecasting, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
  • Experience in hospitality, workforce management, retail, inventory, supply chain, or operational systems.
