Product Manager — Westwing Collection (m/f/d)

Location: Munich (hybrid: 3 office days/week)

Role overview

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned Westwing Collection product categories. You will define and execute category strategies, manage the portfolio, identify growth opportunities, and drive commercial performance through close collaboration with Design, Buying, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute best-in-class assortment strategies by analyzing the market and spotting growth opportunities
• Build a unique, inspiring product portfolio in alignment with Design and Buying
• Maintain a healthy portfolio through proactive portfolio management (entrepreneurial, proactive mindset)
• Identify sales, merchandising, and operational opportunities
• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize commercial performance
• Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Design, Supply Chain, Product Quality, and Onsite Merchandising to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in physical product management, consumer retail, or business development
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving; bias for fast execution
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for interior design and home & living; strong intuitive product sense
• Clear, persuasive communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Nice-to-haves / additional context

• Strong interest in using AI/automation tools for assortment and commercial optimization
