Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Tavus, you will help run and define company-wide product management in a fast-moving, highly ambiguous environment. You’ll own customer outcomes end to end, treating the entire customer journey as your responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and define product strategy and execution across the company.
• Take ownership of end-to-end customer journeys, from first sign-up through to production outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and earn their respect through clear, execution-focused collaboration.
• Operate with a bias for execution and move extremely fast.

Requirements

• Proven product management track record across both 0→1 and 1+ phases.
• Strong conviction and ability to drive action; opinionated with feedback-seeking mindset.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple angles and form clear convictions.
• Exceptional organization and communication, especially written clarity.
• Raw understanding of what it takes to ship and drive successful product outcomes.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working at a Series B or similarly scaled company building ambitious AI/product initiatives (implied by context).
