About the role

Role Overview

Vehlo is seeking a Product Manager who will bridge business stakeholders and the development team. You’ll define and prioritize product requirements, manage the product backlog, and help deliver high-quality software aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Product ownership & vision
- Serve as the voice of the customer and business
- Translate product strategy into user stories and actionable requirements
- Define and communicate the product roadmap and priorities
Backlog management
- Prioritize features, bugs, and technical debt
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA
Stakeholder collaboration
- Work with business units, sales, marketing, and support to gather feedback and define needs
- Provide updates on progress, timelines, and scope changes
Delivery & quality
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Decide on scope/priorities to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure outcomes meet functional and non-functional requirements

Requirements

3+ years experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent
Experience with Jira, GitHub, and/or Azure DevOps
Background in software development, UX, or QA
Experience in B2B software or the automotive industry

Other Details

Travel: ~10–15%
Work model: May be remote, hybrid, or office-based
