About the role

Product Manager (Casual Games / LiveOps)

You’ll be the “CEO of your product” for one casual title (Arcade, Puzzle, or Trivia), taking ownership of the product lifecycle and daily performance of the game.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap: Drive the feature roadmap from concept to launch for your specific title.
LiveOps execution: Manage the in-game event calendar to deliver a steady stream of engaging content that improves retention and monetization.
Create feature specs: Write PRDs and wireframes so Engineering and Art have a clear vision.
IP integration: Ensure events and features authentically represent the game’s IP while staying fun and balanced.
Data analysis & tuning: Monitor KPIs daily, evaluate feature/economy changes, and run A/B tests to optimize the player journey.
Economy management: Balance the game economy to support engagement and revenue growth.
Sprint leadership: Collaborate with the dev team to unblock issues, prioritize work, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

3+ years of Product Management experience in the mobile gaming sector.
Strong knowledge of casual game mechanics (Arcade, Puzzle, or Trivia).
Proven LiveOps experience (event scheduling, sales, content updates).
Data proficiency using analytics tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, and/or SQL.
Ability to translate game concepts into clear, actionable documentation.
Excellent communication to bridge creative, technical, and business teams.
Fluent English.
