Product Manager (US – Remote | Fantasy Sports)

Role Overview

Mind Flex Games is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own product execution, delivery, and cross-functional coordination for a next-generation Fantasy Sports platform. You will work closely with the Product Owner and an Engineering team, driving features from concept to release.

Responsibilities

• Product Execution & Delivery
  • Translate product vision into actionable requirements (PRDs, user stories)
  • Break down work into epics, tasks, and sprint plans
  • Drive end-to-end execution from concept to release
• Sprint & Development Management
  • Plan and manage Agile sprints (using Jira)
  • Ensure timely delivery with high quality
  • Remove blockers and keep teams aligned
• Cross-Team Coordination
  • Bridge stakeholders and the dev team
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews
  • Ensure clear communication across time zones
• Product Quality & Iteration
  • Coordinate QA to validate features before release
  • Improve product using user feedback and performance metrics
• Documentation & Clarity
  • Maintain product documentation workflows and release notes

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of Product Management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira (or ClickUp / similar)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Ability to work with remote/offshore teams
• Strong writing skills for PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fantasy Sports, Gaming, or Sports Betting
• Startup/0→1 product experience
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and product architecture

Working Model

• Full-time, US-based (Remote)
• Daily overlap with the dev team (US morning hours)
• Fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
