About the role
Role overview
As a Product Manager at Partly, you will own the end-to-end product experience for repairers—driving adoption, engagement, and automation outcomes. You’ll work closely with customers, build and ship products, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Key missions
- Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with the company direction.
- Own the customer experience from onboarding through job/work completion, including adoption and engagement results.
- Partner with engineering teams to balance discovery, delivery, and technical sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery and product planning activities.
- Coordinate delivery with engineering and other stakeholders.
- Measure and improve product outcomes related to adoption and engagement.
Requirements
- Strong ownership of product strategy and customer experience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate tightly with engineering.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with repairer/customer workflows and automation-oriented products.
