Product Manager US

Role overview

As a Product Manager (US) at Cureety, you will adapt and deploy the oncology care platform for the United States. You will work closely with clinicians and healthcare organizations, especially during in-field product demos and pilots, translating real clinical and operational workflows into actionable product improvements.

Key missions & responsibilities

• Support product development for the US market through discovery and delivery for US-focused topics
• Translate clinical and operational workflows into clear requirements for design and engineering
• Collaborate with cancer centers and practices to co-develop or design US-specific product adaptations and workflows
• Prioritize based on operational needs and real-world usage
• Turn complex workflows into practical product experiences that fit care-team realities
• Support integration of new capabilities, including automation, clinical triage & recommendations, and AI-assisted features
• Help ensure features are useful, understandable, and well integrated into US workflows and health IT systems
• Participate in testing, gather feedback, and drive continuous product improvement
• Run or facilitate pilots, workshops, and field deployments
• Support US platform adaptation (e.g., units and date formats, billing workflows, care plan documentation, demo environment maintenance)

Required profile

• Strong ability to work close to users and learn quickly in real time
• Facility with turning user feedback, operational realities, and clinical workflows into product improvements
• Enjoys being the link between what happens in the field and what gets built
• Comfortable coordinating across teams including International/Product/Design/Engineering partners in France and Australia

Nice-to-haves (implied)

• Experience with healthcare/clinical workflows, care coordination, and/or patient journey tooling
• Familiarity with evaluation and integration of AI-assisted or automation capabilities in clinical environments
