Product Manager

Role Overview

Product Manager at unitQ to lead initiatives at the intersection of data analytics and AI. You’ll shape roadmap priorities and deliver AI-powered systems that process, classify, and visualize large-scale user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and execution for AI-powered feedback analytics within the product team
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver insights tailored to different customer personas (e.g., product managers, executives) and integrated into their workflows
• Define and track product metrics, including:
  • insight clarity
  • relevance for customer roles
  • dashboard engagement
  • overall impact on decision-making
• Drive end-to-end customer value from data ingestion through visualization and storytelling
• Engage directly with customers (including product/support leaders at top tech companies) to gather feedback, present insights, and shape solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/data-focused products
• Familiarity with user engagement or behavioral analytics
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, or agentic frameworks
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to explore data to inform decisions
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both technical teams and executives
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and prioritize under ambiguity
• Customer-first mindset, including experience in high-touch customer-facing roles

Nice to Have

• Shipped features analyzing unstructured data (reviews, tickets, call transcripts)
• Experience building dashboards or working with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Retool, Tableau)
• Background in customer success, product operations, or support tooling
