Product Manager

Product Manager (Mobile B2C)

Join a product team working across multiple social networking products. You’ll shape and launch valuable features, drive product growth, and contribute to new product solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
• Define and write product requirements: PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze user behavior and product funnels to identify improvement areas.
• Generate, prioritize, and validate product hypotheses through experiments.
• Use product analytics to track key metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA to ensure smooth implementation.
• Plan and run A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay current with industry best practices and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management for mobile B2C apps.
• Strong analytical skills and experience solving problems with data.
• Ability to write clear documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and user research.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Tableau, Grafana, BigQuery (BQ) or similar.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and identifying user pain points.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development and backlog management.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with ownership.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
