About the role
Role Overview
As a Product Manager on Trusted Health’s Works (SaaS) team, you’ll own a significant product area within one of the core products: OnDemand, Scheduling, or VMS. You’ll drive product definition, build customer relationships, and ship products that meaningfully impact both client organizations and clinician users.
Responsibilities
Product Management Expertise
- Own a product domain: target users/customers, core functionality, and strategic positioning.
- Take a “forward deployed” approach by working directly with Works customers to solve problems and build innovative solutions.
- Leverage AI to create functional first iterations of features and workflows.
- Use data tools to understand product usage and provide actionable insights.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and relevant healthcare workforce domain knowledge.
- Develop domain knowledge across the business (marketing, sales, finance, services, legal).
- Own and communicate the product roadmap for your domain.
- Deliver demos, train users, and respond to customer inquiries.
Product Discovery and Development
- Identify product risks and differentiation opportunities using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Partner with engineers and product marketing to support delivery and ensure smooth implementation.
- Continuously optimize and refine the product post-launch using data-driven techniques.
Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers, ensuring early involvement and alignment.
- Build trust with cross-functional stakeholders and evangelize the product vision and strategy.
Leadership and Communication
- Influence and motivate stakeholders and teams without direct authority, including in high-pressure situations.
- Communicate clearly with senior leadership through frontline teams.
