About the role
Role: Product Manager
100% remote W2 role.
Responsibilities
- Define and document user experience needs and produce product documentation and user stories.
- Support software product delivery, including end-user training and sales demonstrations.
- Manage/Create backlog and create PBIs/bugs in Azure DevOps (TFS).
- Contribute to ADA compliance design requirements.
- Serve as a Product Representative for SOC audit activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education + experience).
- Strong understanding of AML operations and software usage in financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of AML requirements related to Fraud, SAR filing, CTR filing, and case management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Outlook, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project 365, and Copilot.
- Basic SQL and relational database understanding.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting compliance processes and audit readiness (SOC).
