About the role
Role: Technical Product Manager
As a Technical Product Manager at Rithum, you support and drive strategic product initiatives by translating business needs into precise technical requirements. You work across Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success to plan, launch, and drive post-launch adoption.
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans; lead scoping calls and produce written outputs.
- Partner cross-functionally to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact capabilities.
- Own initiatives end-to-end: discovery → planning → development → testing → release → post-launch iteration, including release readiness and enablement/documentation.
- Establish and run an intake and triage rhythm for enhancements and operational work (capture context, impact, dependencies, and recommended priority).
- Maintain a prioritized view of platform risks and recurring operational gaps; surface risks early to product leadership.
- Manage alignment across teams: dependencies, timelines, risks, and status reporting across multiple initiatives.
- Use data, client feedback, and market signals to guide product decisions and improve feature value.
- Oversee product documentation, release notes, internal enablement materials, and stakeholder communications.
- Use AI tools to accelerate work such as communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum
- 2+ years in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership at a software company.
- Preferred domain experience: products involving data, AI, e-commerce, marketplaces, pricing, or content optimization.
- Experience working with Engineering and Data Science on APIs, data workflows, analytics, or automation.
- Ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, documentation) and drive cross-functional execution.
- Ability to read/interprete technical materials including REST concepts, authentication patterns, payloads, and webhooks fundamentals.
Nice-to-have
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree (details truncated in the source).
