About the role
Role Overview
Webflow is looking for a Product Manager, Subscription & Payments to own and evolve Webflow’s subscriptions and payments experience—from core technical foundations through customer enablement. You’ll help simplify how customers subscribe, grow, and renew, while building scalable, compliant, and reliable systems that power seamless and transparent purchase journeys.

- Reporting to the Senior Group Product Manager
Responsibilities
- Drive product vision, strategy, and execution across the payment and subscription lifecycle management surfaces
- Own critical business metrics, including:
- activation
- expansion
- retention
- renewals
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, User Research, and GTM to deliver products from concept → launch → iteration
- Partner with Finance, IT, and Data to ensure compliance across the billing and payments stack
- Balance customer insight (pain points and edge cases) with durable infrastructure for long-term growth
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of product management experience
- Experience in payments, billing, or financial products
- Experience with 3rd-party billing and payment platforms (e.g., Stripe or Adyen)
- Knowledge spanning the payments experience from UX through sales and accounting needs
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple customer personas
- Ability to think in systems
Nice to Have
- Interest in building fluency in emerging technologies (AI) to accelerate product impact
