Product Manager, Stays

Role Overview

Airbnb is seeking a Product Manager, Stays to incubate and grow new customer stays offerings within the Airbnb guest product. You will own features that bring new offerings to life, pilot them to drive growth, and ensure they connect seamlessly across the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area(s)
• Synthesize user/customer feedback and research into product features
• Define pilot goals with measurable objectives and OKRs
• Drive end-to-end execution from concept through launch with cross-functional partners (Business, Partnerships, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing)
• Collaborate with guest and host teams to ensure new offerings integrate across the product
• Build product narratives for internal teams and public-facing messaging with Marketing/Communications
• Use user research, marketplace data, and competitive analysis to inform strategy and prioritization
• Ship features with speed and quality, learn and iterate to deliver measurable impact
• Regularly interface with senior business leaders and lead alignment across teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of consumer product management experience
• Proven ability to build and scale new consumer product offerings
• Strong business acumen and experience using data and consumer insights to drive strategy
• Demonstrated skill translating user needs + business objectives into growth-focused roadmaps
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience developing product messaging and partnering with Marketing/Communications to launch
• Comfortable as a hands-on individual contributor in a fast-moving environment

Location / Work Time

• US-Remote Eligible; must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours
• May include occasional Airbnb office visits/offsites as agreed with your manager
• Must live in a state where Airbnb has a registered entity (excluding certain states)
