Role: Product Manager, Startup Products (Stripe)

Own product strategy and delivery for Stripe products that help founders start and run a company.

Team

The Startup Products team builds Stripe Atlas and related offerings that support founders with company formation, capital raising, legal agreements, access to tools, and operational automation.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the needs of startup founders and how they use Atlas and other startup products.
• Stay ahead of technology changes to ensure products align with where founders are and what they want.
• Drive product development with engineering: set pace, prioritize, and unblock execution.
• Craft simple but powerful product experiences with strong attention to detail.
• Contribute to product strategy and own delivery of product and business metrics.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and communicate statuses, priorities, and impact.
• Represent Atlas externally with founders, VCs, accelerators, and partners; build new external partnerships as needed.
• Develop and maintain metrics to understand product performance.
• Ensure great user experience: use feedback loops, unblock stuck users with support, and deliver solutions to common problems.

Requirements (Minimum)

• 6+ years of product management or product-focused founder experience.
• Shipped user-facing or API products built on complex technical systems at scale.
• AI enthusiast and experimenter.
• Willingness to change workflows to achieve outcomes “2x better.”
• Strong passion for helping founders build successful businesses.
• Persistence and a “whatever it takes” mindset.
• Strong written/verbal communication; precise articulation of customer problems.
• Data-driven approach to measuring user impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Founder background or experience in very early-stage environments.
• Software engineering experience (text cut off in posting).
