Role Overview
Join Speak as a Product Manager for a full-remote role. You’ll define and deliver product experiences that help language learners reach fluency, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
Key Missions / Responsibilities
- Define and deliver product experiences that support learners’ fluency goals
- Conduct user research and analysis to generate user-focused hypotheses and inform product decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Marketing to deliver high-quality product experiences
- Define KPIs and communicate product strategy, priorities, and direction

- Strong product instincts and deep user empathy
- Proven track record shipping products users love
- Experience conducting effective user research and using insights to drive decisions
- Genuine passion for Speak’s mission and the problem being solved
- Ability to balance quality and speed through effective scoping
- Strong technical understanding to collaborate efficiently with engineers on data-driven projects
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly under constraints and ambiguity
- Clear and impactful communication, especially across functions
- Experience building for consumers, particularly mobile
- Solid foundation in data and hypothesis-driven product methodologies
