Product Manager

Role Overview

Own the full product lifecycle—from shaping product vision and validating ideas with customers to launching and optimizing solutions that drive growth for Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, translating market insights and customer needs into prioritized initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Lead hypothesis-driven product discovery and validation to achieve product-market fit before scaling
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver on-time, in-scope product launches
• Shape and communicate product vision and strategy to executive stakeholders, aligning decisions with company goals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform UI/UX decisions and continuously improve customer experience
• Analyze product metrics and growth data using analytics tools to guide decisions and identify optimization opportunities
• Drive customer acquisition strategy by defining buying journeys and refining value propositions; support pre-sales efforts
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting ownership, learning, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or higher) in computer science, a related technical field, or business
• 3+ years of software product management experience in enterprise/international environments, including ownership from discovery through launch
• Strong proficiency with product management and analytics tools (e.g., Aha, Productboard, Jira, BI platforms), including roadmap planning and data-driven decision-making
• Advanced experience with hypothesis-driven product development: user research, usability testing, and product-market fit validation
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile/project management practices to collaborate effectively with engineering
• Proven stakeholder management experience, including executive-level communication and alignment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear product strategy
• Comfortable communicating in English (presentations, documentation, client communication)

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting enterprise customer acquisition and pre-sales efforts (implied by responsibilities)
