About the role

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Sharebite, you’ll own the strategy and roadmap for a specific product area and translate business goals into delivered customer value. You’ll provide product leadership at the squad level, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Growth.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Define the "What" and "Why" for your product area (e.g., Stations or Passport) and own the roadmap.
Product Discovery: Run user interviews and perform data analysis to identify the most impactful problems.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a squad of engineers and designers with a clear vision and context.
Outcome Ownership: Focus on business impact (e.g., adoption, revenue, retention), not just feature delivery.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplaces.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance short-term execution with long-term direction.

Nice-to-haves

Experience in leading product areas within marketplace-like or B2B platform contexts.
