Product Manager

Role: Product Manager

Secureframe is seeking a strategic Product Manager to own product outcomes end-to-end—from discovery through launch and beyond. This is a remote-first role with collaboration across customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Secureframe’s products and deeply understand customer needs.
• Synthesize customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into detailed product requirements.
• Drive feature development with engineering from start to finish, coordinating with key stakeholders.
• Execute product projects and proactively identify improvements and new opportunities.
• Partner with other PMs and cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs.
• Support go-to-market activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring success.
• Use product metrics to evaluate product health and success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong product sense and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent quantitative and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Self-driven with urgency and the ability to tackle unexpected problems.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Curious, resourceful, and motivated to grow.
