About the role
Role Overview
Product Manager (Agentic Identity / AI Security) at Scout Global. You will lead product initiatives for agentic identity and non-human identity (NHI)—enabling authentication, authorization, identity orchestration, secure delegation, agent permissions, and dynamic trust models for AI-native environments.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for agentic identity and NHI capabilities
- Define product requirements for authentication, authorization, delegated access, token management, identity federation, and policy enforcement
- Build secure identity frameworks for AI agents, autonomous systems, APIs, and machine-to-machine interactions
- Partner with engineering and security to design scalable, enterprise-grade identity infrastructure
- Conduct customer discovery and work with design partners to understand emerging identity challenges in AI-native workflows
- Drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution across identity-related initiatives
- Collaborate with GTM and customer-facing teams to translate technical capabilities into customer value
- Monitor industry trends across IAM, zero trust, machine identity, AI security, and compliance
- Define metrics for success across adoption, security posture, platform reliability, and customer impact
- Support integrations with enterprise identity providers, cloud platforms, and security ecosystems
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in identity, security, infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, IAM, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and token-based systems
- Experience building products related to non-human identity (NHI), machine identity, API security, workload identity, or privileged access management
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering and security teams
- Strong customer discovery, product strategy, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to ship enterprise SaaS/infrastructure products
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in AI security / AI-native identity and autonomous workflow identity requirements
