Role overview

As Product Manager at SCHED, you will lead a major transformation from a proven event management tool into an AI-native, agentic SaaS platform. You will own the product roadmap and delivery rhythm, directly influencing a product used by millions.

What you’ll own

Drive Weekly Active Organizations (WAO) by shifting Sched from an episodic event tool to a daily-use platform
Identify, prioritize, and deploy AI Agent features to automate high-friction administrative workflows
Establish a predictable, high-performance Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
Engage with customers regularly and convert feedback into a strategic company narrative
Provide leadership and accountability for UI/UX designers

What you’ll be like (requirements)

AI-native prototyper: uses AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable, v0) to build functional prototypes (not just write specs)
Systems builder: writes engineering-ready PRDs with direct links to customer pain points
Investigating mindset: Kaizen spirit; challenges the status quo
Data translator: uses Amplitude and BigQuery (and other sources) to defend the roadmap and prioritize ruthlessly
Comfortable owning decisions under ambiguity; prefers building structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
Thrives on customer conversations and closing the loop
