Product Manager (Sago)

You’ll help develop and grow Sago’s product offerings by working cross-functionally across the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into developer-ready needs
• Partner with engineering to ensure delivery matches specifications and customer needs
• Own product expertise in your domain for customers, business leaders, and engineering teams
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs based on stakeholder feedback and business needs
• Monitor marketplace trends to identify outcomes and product opportunities
• Collaborate with product designers to ideate and prototype new features that improve UX
• Run Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning and sprint reviews)
• Apply Agile principles to deliver product enhancements with flexibility and responsiveness to change

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Strong communication skills across stakeholder groups (digital, written, and verbal)
• Fundamental understanding of product management, software development processes, and UX design
• Ability to coordinate with 3rd-party clients and vendors
• Experience contributing to enterprise-level digital projects for diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate product workflows
• Ability to evaluate AI-powered features and integrations for genuine user value vs. risk or friction
• Ability to interpret complex/technical information and communicate it appropriately to the audience
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, and how technical systems work)

Nice-to-haves

• Background in market research, especially qualitative or quantitative panel management software
• Experience with qualitative/quantitative research tools (discussion boards, survey platforms, panel portals)
• Advanced degree
