Role overview
Product Manager (SaaS) (fixed-term contract) You will manage the lifecycle of products within an assigned portfolio—from ideation and strategy through development, launch, and ongoing enhancements—by partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.
What you’ll do
- Define, refine, and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned to business goals and customer needs
- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities, validate requirements, and drive prioritization
- Translate product vision into features, requirements, and solutions with engineering and design
- Manage the product development lifecycle: backlog prioritization, release planning, and launch readiness
- Track product performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics and adjust strategy to improve adoption and impact
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for go-to-market and product enablement (sales, marketing, finance, legal, operations, customer success, etc.)
- Act as the voice of the customer, evangelizing the product internally and externally
- Share knowledge, support best practices, and mentor peers as appropriate
What you’ll bring
- Mastery of industry best practices; ability to act as a subject matter expert
- Industry exposure to enterprise software and/or SaaS
- Experience handling highly complex situations; improving policies and procedures
- Strong independence and judgment; may act as an informal coach/lead
- Consultative capability with management and as a spokesperson on major initiatives
- 3+ years experience in SaaS product or project management
- Demonstrated experience in product management or business analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with Agile or other product development methodologies
- Familiarity with product strategy concepts: go-to-market, pricing, positioning, and ROI analysis
- Experience presenting to executives and/or industry audiences
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent and/or product management certifications preferred
