About the role

Role Overview

At TrainAI (within RWS Group), the Product Manager leads the development and management of products that support the rater community and enable delivery of client work—covering areas such as rater payments, project management, and onboarding platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience for a global community of raters.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platforms supporting client delivery and rater community operations.
Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure delivery and adoption.
Stakeholder Management: Provide clear communication on product strategy, status, and challenges to executive and organizational stakeholders.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
Data Analysis: Use data and user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Skills & Experience (Requirements)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or AI-driven company.
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with platform products.
Experience with payment systems or two-sided marketplaces.
