Product Manager

Role overview

Ripjar is hiring a Product Manager to join its growing product team. The role is designed as a career launchpad, valuing product instincts, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

What you’ll do

• Own key product features end-to-end: from concept through launch, working with UX, engineering, and QA
• Learn directly from users and internal teams to understand needs and domain challenges
• Drive delivery in an Agile way by acting as a product owner: writing user stories, supporting team ceremonies, and helping delivery
• Experiment and contribute ideas across product, marketing, and pricing approaches
• Shape how complex AI systems are deployed and implemented effectively for clients

Product management focus areas

• Tech & Delivery: partner closely with engineers and architects to build cutting-edge systems
• Commercial & Marketing: contribute to product strategy, explore pricing models, and support positioning in global markets
• Operational / AI Deployment: help ensure AI systems are deployed and implemented effectively for customers

Requirements

• Some product experience grounded in product management principles (e.g., Associate PM, Product Analyst, or similar) in a fast-moving tech environment
• B2B or SaaS exposure—familiarity with how enterprise/SaaS products are built and delivered
• Genuine curiosity about AI, eager to explore how AI can solve real-world problems (no data science degree required)
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions; ability to listen, align perspectives, and build trust

Bonus

• Experience in financial services, compliance, or RegTech (nice to have)

Location / work model

• Remote-first team with a head office in Cheltenham
• Role is open to UK-wide candidates; working from the office is optional if you’re near Cheltenham
